How does personalization work?

It’s simple as 3 steps:

  1. Choose your product that you want to customize.
  2. Add your personalization details (names, dates, messages, etc.).
  3. Add to cart, proceed to checkout, input your shipping details and we'll take care of the rest.
How long does it take to receive my order?

Processing time for personalized products is typically 5–7 business days, plus shipping time (2–5 days) depending on your location in the Philippines. We’ll send you updates and tracking details once your order ships.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to your expectations, we’ll replace it or issue a refund. Since all items are personalized, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
